Returns & Exchanges

We aim to provide you with the best service in the industry!

With that in mind, when you place your order online, we will give it a check over to make sure that the sizes are matching, If they don't seem right to us, expect one of our team to contact you to help and advise you on what their recommendations would be.

However, if in the case you need to exchange/ return an item, please see below - 

Customers have the right to return/ exchange any purchased items within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from us. The items can be returned provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all labels still attached - with the exception of shirts and blouses which must be unopened.

If you wish to send your items back via courier - Please email us on Sales@schoolwearco.com and we will send you back a returns note so that when your goods arrive - We know their yours!
